End User License Agreement (EULA)

Important - Read Carefully:

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Pilani regarding the use of the MIAM (Multimodal Industrial Activity Monitoring) dataset ("Dataset"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Dataset, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant:

CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Pilani grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Dataset solely for academic, research, and private study purposes. You must not use the Dataset for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Usage Restrictions:

You may not distribute the Dataset or modified versions of it without explicit consent from CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Pilani.

Citation Requirement:

If you use the Dataset for any publications or presentations, you agree to cite the dataset as follows:

No Warranties:

The Dataset is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Pilani does not warrant that the Dataset will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability:

CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Pilani will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Dataset.

General Terms:

This License is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Pilani is located. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
